Curious to know and discuss other thoughts (Please be nice) about detoxing, cleansing etc? I did soeak to my doctor about cleansing as I have been traveling alot this year and am very in tune with my body and just have not felt like my colon and Gi tract and like they are supposed to be. I spoke to him about this cleanse and he looked it over and approved it.

He said to give it a go and I told him I also would be using Smooth Move and Triphalax (an Ayuvedic Supplement) and he said that was fine. but not for more than three days. This this calls for an enema I will not be doing that. (no thank you)

I also recently went through a mindfulness training course and my vibration level has been raised and this also alters the body system and thus the cleansing. (again you may or may not believe in this, please be kind in your comments)

Have any of you experienced anything like this? What did you do? Did you have any success? Thoughts?

Your liver already detoxifies. Drinking juices only won't make any difference to how your liver does this.

Get some sugar free gummy bears or schedule a colonoscopy. Same result and same amount of misery for a lot less.

Cleanses are scams. If you eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber, fluids, and fat (constipation can be caused by too little dietary fat) and exercise regularly, then there is no need to "cleanse" your colon (unless you medically need to have a colon with no bowels in it, such as during a colonoscopy or during a "gut rest" period for someone with severe Chrons disease or ulcerative colitis).

If your body was truly having problems removing 'toxins' from your body, you would be on dialysis. There is no need for a cleanse. Is saying this considered "unkind?"

    To answer your questions:

    1. No, I have not experienced this.
    2. If I did experience my body not correctly processing waste/toxins, I would see a real doctor (not the guy you saw).
    3. My thoughts are that people are trying to get you to give them your money, when you don't need to.

I'm curious -- what process do you go through when you evaluate whether or not you believe in something?

Is there a hierarchy of evidence that you tend to follow?

I don't ask this with any ill intent, just so that I'm clear.

I think it's an important question to ask.

My digestion also suffers when traveling. A "cleanse" is worthless, in my opinion. Our bodies do not require cleanses - based on science, not belief. A few weeks of normal routine usually gets me back to normal. I would avoid laxatives at all cost.

Is a vibration level an actual thing? Can it be measured scientifically?

I have a high vibration level as well. My hitachi does wonderful things.
