Hi I'm new here. Basically I'm at the highest weight I've ever been and I find it hard to stay motivated to lose it. I find myself quitting very easily and it's about time that I take control of my life again. Anyone going through the same?

Loosing weight and staying fit isn't about motivation, it's self discipline. It's making yourself do it when you don't to

I am going through something like you. I have to stick with eating right. I do kickboxing three days a week but I don't eat properly so nothing is happening. I have under active thyroid which makes losing weight harder. I'm going to work at this daily0

Same here I love running and doing other cardio exercises but the way I eat is what keeps me from losing weight I know this has to change and it will starting right now. It's a work in progress0

What made you quit before? What exactly is " the way I eat is what keeps me from losing weight"?
Start thinking about your problems and address them all. Then, weight loss will happen by default!0 -
