Eat more calories. And if you want muscle gains, you need a progressive lifting program.

Yep. Need a caloric surplus in conjunction with a hypertrophy lifting program.

How many calories are you eating?
Also keep in mind you are crazy active.

nuts are a great source of extra calories, depending on how intense your workouts are you might need to eat more than you think.

also body type, not all people will gain tons of muscle with out artificial enhancers... do you feel like you are getting stronger with the training you are doing?

For someone who is exercising 18 hours a week, that is going to be way too little. I would add another 500 to see if that helps. But most the women i know maintain near those levels wiyh only 5 to 6 hours of training.

I don't know your height and weight, but I'm a vegetarian too and just had my metabolism tested the other day. I told the tester that I work out probably around 7-8 hours/week, and he told me my maintenance calories are 2550/day and that I'm supposed to eat 2300 calories/day to lose half a pound a week. Again, I don't know that we're comparable, but it is possible that you're not eating enough. I do know you're definitely not eating like a 600-pound person.

How is this eating like you are 500lbs?! I eat this daily or more just to maintain.

Are you lifting weights? Only doing Martial Arts isn't going to build the muscle mass...

Weights and eat more calories...especially if you are working out that much.
