I want to add my exercise into day, although it adds my calories burnt into dairy. How to turn this function off. Thanks

You have to pay for the premium (not worth it for me)
You can edit the calories burned to one when you're inputting the minutes.1 -
Thank you:)0

are you using TDEE method to calculate your daily calories? if not, you should eat exercise cals back.1

I don't have premium and I can change the calories. I go to add exercise - cardio - search for exercise - when i enter in the minutes it automatically give calories burned, you can change that to whatever you want.2

Thank you:) yes I'm doing TDEE0

Before I had premium and turned that off, I would just edit the calories to say "1" instead of the crazy numbers it would give me.1

Don't enter them in the first place. If they're coming from your Garmin or something, turn the sync off.2
