2 months progress of strength training...

There's a 14 lb difference between the two pics. First picture is from May 6th, second is today, June 29th.
I have a longgg way to go, about 19 pounds left to lose and a lot more work. 87 pounds down so far....

I haven't committed to going to the gym yet, so this is all done at home with dumbells.
On Mondays, wednesdays, and Fridays I do lower body & hiit cardio.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays I do upper body, abs, and hiit cardio.
Lower body consists of ...stiffleg deadlifts, pulse squats, regular squats, sumo squats, lunges, calf raises, glute bridges, & donkey kicks. With the heaviest weight I can manage. 10-20 pounds per hand.
For upper body I do fitnessblenders (on youtube, free!) Upper body workout, it's 50 minutes long.
Hiit cardio is also on fitnessblenders YT. I do the red light green light hiit most days. It's 18 minutes long.
For abs I do fitnessblenders 8 minute abs.
Saturdays and Sundays are rest days.

Awesome! I like the way your arms look! I have chicken wings at the moment that I'm trying to get rid off lol lots of strength training so they can disappear for good :-)1

Yes I started with the brutal butt & thigh 30 minute workout.0 -
