I wouldn't worry about getting stretch marks from scratching.
How to Avoid Stretch Marks When Losing Weight
Wide fluctuations in weight over a short period of time can cause both women and men to get stretch marks. Although not everyone gets stretch marks when losing weight, genetics can play a role. Skin type is another factor, as some people have more elastic skin than others.
...While there are no health risks associated with having stretch marks, there are some things you can do to help prevent them from developing as you lose weight.
Step 1 Lose weight gradually. As the skin shrinks it loses its elasticity, especially in cases of rapid weight loss. You do not want to strain your skin as you take off excess pounds. Loss of collagen fibers in the dermis is what causes stretch marks to show through the top layer of skin.
Step 2 Include foods rich in protein, vitamins C and E and zinc in your diet. These nutrients stimulate collagen production, which can help prevent stretch marks.

Moisturizer. So much moisturizer. It won't guarantee anything, but it will help with both problems.
On the plus side, as you lose weight, the stretch marks will naturally fade and become a lot less visible. (You don't get new ones when you shrink.) And you're young, so any lose skin you have should bounce back to one degree or another.
Also - scratching doesn't cause the stretch mark, so feel free to scratch away. The stretching of your skin too far and too fast causes stretch marks.0 -
yes the ones from pregnancy are faded white n not that visible but the new ones are are red... welll thanks alot ladys your comments are very helpful....0 -
Skin sounds likes its dry, thus the itchiness. Scratching doesn't cause the stretch mark and a lot of this is genetics. You will notice they fade in time. I wouldn't worry about the loose skin part, as you're young and that too will get better with time.0

I got itchy spots when I was pregnant so I started using bio-oil for my problem or else you can try this lotion which my friend suggested to me once, the bio-oil was not that helpful so I started using the lotion and within weeks the itchiness went away.0
