Bananas drizzled with chocolate or honey
Chocolate covered almonds (150 for a small pack...look for healthy harvest brand at Walmart in produce section where they have trail mix, etc)
frozen grapes
smoothies made with un-sweetened almond milk (use the 30 calorie per cup)
Cobani Flips (I love the Coco Loco-240 cals but it's like eating dessert)
These are all a little high in calories but they are so good and healthy!0 -

Hi. When you say healthy do you mean nutritious or low calorie. Not trying to nit pick but I know different people mean different things in this respect.
If it's chocolate you're after go for a good quality, minimum 70% cocoa (make sure sugar isn't the first ingredient) and let a small piece melt on the back of your tongue. If you're not used to dark chocolate it will take a little getting used to but if you eat it like this you get all of the flavour and you'll get the cocoa hit so won't need so much.
Good luck!3 -
Jello - I use the boxed gelatin packages - stepped fruity herbal tea for my flavoring and a touch of Stevia and maybe even a splash of coconut extract.
Dark cocoa is only around 10 calories - mixed with a bit of water and some Stevia - drizzle on top of fruit, oatmeal, etc.,
Roasted chickpeas - lightly spray chickpeas with oil - mix them with a touch of honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg or even cayenne pepper, and salt.
Pavlova is good too - it's basically egg whites whipped up with sugar (I've subbed in Stevia here too) and serve with berries and a drizzle of the dark cocoa drizzle is good too.
Greek yogurt with a touch of honey and berries is yum too!

Blend dates, cashew nuts, cacao powder in food processor and form into balls, leave in fridge overnight. Can add any other dried fruits or nuts or super foods you like.
Blend banana, add any dried fruits, nuts or seeds, add to mixture oats, honey or maple syrup, then press into a tray & leave in fridge or freezer to form, cut into bars.
Blend oats, dates and almond butter in food processor with a little water, add to base of jar and squash down, then blend a frozen banana and any fruit and add to the jar. Leave in fridge overnight. Add any toppings you like.

Berries berries berries. I have an extreme weakness for sweets but I've found that any of blue, straw or rasp berries satisfy that craving and for negligible calories. Add a dollop of whipped cream or preferably Greek yogurt if you like. Works for me.0

berries+frozen bananas= healthy ice cream1

A smaller portion of what you really want. I find that I'm better off just having a single ice cream bar (portion controlled) rather than try to dig up something healthy. A 230 calorie ice cream treat (I have Heath Klondikes now) is the same or less calories than a lot of the 'healthy' foods listed here (things like nuts and fruit add up)1
-
avocado, cinnamon and stevia (a little distilled water) blend then freeze for 10 minutes. can use 100% unsweetend cacao powder as well but i prefer cinnamon its healthier0

Sometimes a sweet tooth is just your body telling you you need water. Try drinking a glass of really cold ice water and see if that helps. Or try some of these amazing recipes listed above0

um... 1/2 cup of most ice cream is 150 calories or less. I'm just gonna go old school and eat some ice cream. Sometimed though I NEED CAKE. If I've got 200 calories or less I do 2 tbs cocoa powder (unsweet), 1 egg, and 1/3 cup of powdered sugar. Mix it all up in a mug and microwave for 45 seconds - 1 minute.0

Plain lowfat greek yogurt and a tablespoon or so or sugar free Jello pudding in whatever flavor tickles your fancy. Or mix the yogurt with vanilla protein powder and some cinnamon.0

This is one of my new recent go to treat- without the guilt!
First I take as much ice as I want and put it into my ice shaver ( blender would work too if your blender can blend ice)
I put it into a cup and then add whatever type mio (or any other water enhancer) I want! ( my favorite is lemonade- it's so sweet but sour and amazing!)
I mix it up with a spoon and then eat it as is. I am a big ice eater so it's perfect for me it's just like flavoured ice!
If you were looking for something a bit more "slushie" I'm sure you could just add water and mio while in the blender and it would be more like a slushie.
If your not into the whole water enhancer thing you could probably flavor it with a bit of lemon or lime juice!
I find these very satisfying and really crave my sweet tooth after meals - so I don't have to eat junky foods and the added bonus of 0 calories1 -
I keep a couple different Fiber One bars on hand for the times when fruit won't cut it. They are either 90 calories or 150, depending on which one you choose. My kids enjoy the also. My daughter loves the salted caramel cheesecake bar. They taste good and help me get more fiber in my day.0

Light hot chocolate mix helps with the chocolate cravings. One serving made with water is around 50 calories.1

Halo ice cream. It will change your life.1

A mini ice cream sandwich is only around 100 calories. If you don't have that many left, a bowl of strawberries with a couple of tablespoons of Reddi Whip (15 calories!) is nice. Ghirardelli mini chocolate chips are good -- count out how many you can afford, and let them melt in your mouth one at a time.0
