Should i upgrade?

Contemplating upgrading my fitness pal to premium, has anyone done this and found it beneficial?
Any comments would be useful.

  I'm an all in kinda guy so yeah I went for it, as far as benefits go...I really enjoy the ad free browsing

  I'm thinking about it, will let you know if I do and find it more beneficial. I'm thinking I'm more likely to keep using it if I've paid for it!
