Are MFP giving you your daily calories for Weight loss without eating back exercise cals for instance if the say I should consume 1700 to lose weight is that it ?? Or do I then add on my 300 cals from exercise to make my daily calories 2000?

Ideally you would eat 2000. MFP gives you your deficit without exercise included, so you should be eating those calories back to keep the deficit consistent and fuel your body. However, exercise calories are often overstated, so many users only eat a portion (50-75%) of them back.2

Why don't you want to eat them back? Exercise cals taste the best!1 -
MFP uses the NEAT method, and as such exercise calories are supposed to be eaten back. However, many consider the burns to be inflated and only eat a percentage, such as 50%, back.
