    Loss of 1.8 lbs. :)

    Not bad considering I had my belated Easter turkey dinner yesterday

    Apr 25 - CW 195.6 Down 2.2 lbs :)
    May 2 - CW 192 Down 3.6 lbs :)
    May 9 - CW 192.4. Up .4 lbs. Slightly discouraged but realized I had a few set backs this week. I've come to the conclusion that I need to eat when I'm not feeling well physically. Not a good thing to do but something I need to work on.
    May 16 - CW 192.2 down .2 lbs
    May 23 - CW 190.6 down 1.6 lbs. I need to start being careful. I find myself starting to slip back into old habits. I can't give up yet! I won't!
    May 30 - CW 190.4 down .2 lbs. not progressing as quickly as I'd like but it's still the right direction. I know what I have to do I just need to do it!
    June 6 - CW 191 lbs up .6 lbs

    June 13 - CW 190.2 down .8 lbs
    June 20 - CW 192 lbs up 1.8 lbs :(
    June 27 - CW 191 lbs down 1 lb

    So, I decided that I needed to weigh myself on another scale... As mine is not moving whatsoever... Talk about devastated! Yes, I was wearing my work clothes (heavy shorts) took my shoes off hoping to be of a little help... The scale literally read 8lbs heavier!!!! Really?!?! I know you subtract a bit for clothes...8lbs?!?! Heartbroken!

    Hello, everyone! Just wanted to add that I am actually slowly getting there. I myself am being surprised at times looking at my capability to control my cravings. I have a huuuuuge sweet tooth than you can imagine]. I'm really proud of myself. I shall log my stats on the 30th as it would mark a month since I started this healthy lifestyle thingy

    If I keep up the same pace, I'll be able to reach my goal in 3 months which I really want/wish to happen. Good luck to everybody!

    I seem to be taking it for granted after losing 14 lbs in 2 months. I really hope to stay motivated and continue to lose 7 lbs per month so I can reach my GW by the end of August.
