Got to finally do it! My goal is to not eat anything I can't measure and eat between 1100 and 1200 healthy calories per day. Just finished day 1!

I am down to my last 10-15. I haven't been cutting back at all, just tracking to see what baseline is. Well, baseline is like 1800-2000ish. With minimal exercise. I'm going to cut back slowly with a goal of 1600. Slow and steady! Feel free to add me.1

Yes, it is working! Plateau is finally broken! Weight is coming off. Now to see if it will acyually continue. If I can't measure it, I don't eat it.0
