To date I have lost 50lbs from my heaviest weight on record which was 178.8 but I think I was more like 185 at my heaviest.

10lbs down, still about 25/30lbs to go, my face is always the first place I lose weight which is so strange to me. Hopefully it starts shedding somewhere else now! These pics were taken around 3 months apart. The left was taken beginning of March and the right was about 2 weeks ago.

Here goes... Starting weight November 24, 2015 [187]. Down 50 pounds as of today to 137. I'm 5'4" and my original goal was to be at 125. I'm now in all tops (from XL) to a size 4 shorts and pants from a 10/12. The happiest I've been in years. I've been walking/running 5-6 miles a day. Also work out with my Total Body gym. My core is as strong as it was in my 30s by doing planks and push ups throughout the day.54 -
Fantastic everyone! All the photos show great and inspiring progress and it's been wonderful to look through them. I want to commend you all for your efforts and for sharing!
Here's mine - almost 50 lbs. lost over a year from 212 lbs to about 165 lbs in this photo. I'm 5'10" and 47 years old, my goal was first to get to 180, now I'm shooting for 155 but will be happy staying about here if that doesn't feel good.

You look wonderful. My starting point and initial goal was the same. Just passing it and hope to keep on truckin'. Really inspiring for me!
