Hi everyone, my name is Venchentso 24yrs old.
My method is not the safest or the best but helped me a lot.
On April 2016, I hit my biggest weight - 105.80kg.
I knew that this is bad for my health and I need to make something.
I felt depressed.
Friend of mine told me - Hey you should start going with me at gym, take your life.
I told him that I will start after month ( i was going to move to different house ).
He said start now and you will be month ahead.
I decided that he is right.
On 11 of April, i get Gym membership.
Read on internet about calories, nutritions and workout plans.
I must say that i have pretty hard job, so my estimated calories for maintain was 2800.
I decided that I will go at 1200 per day.
This was huge cut of calories as you can imagine for me.
So my journey begin - I started doing 5 workouts a week and every day 30 mins cardio.
First started with 20 mins- only walking , I was unable to run. Then started doing 30 min, running at avg speed 9.5km/hour. 400 cals burned at 30 mins
After nearly 2 months, I lost over 20kgs, and I decided that If i cut my calories to 600-800 per day I will lose more fast kg.
This was big mistake, after 1 week on 600 cal diet I felt like *kitten*.
Unable to do my work, unable to sleep.
I jump back on 1200 for a day.
Now I must say that I feel amazing.

Results after 2 months and 2 weeks dieting and exercising are:

Starting weight: 105.80
Now: 78.40
Lost: 27.40 kg for 2 months and 2 weeks - and counting

Jeans size: 40 , now 34
Top Clothes: L (XL) , Now: S ( M )

As I said, this is not the safest way probably but it worked for me.
I must say that I never felt like this in my whole life.
Its amazing and I am still losing kgs.
Still on 1200 cal a day, eating what I want and just watching my protein and carbs intake. ( sugars are allowed :D )

Goal: 70KG

Thanks for reading, and good luck to everyone.
Remember you must fail a thousand times, before u succeed.
I tried like 10 times on a diet, before do it properly.

Fantastic effort. Your age and dedication could helped with the weight loss. I lost about this amount of weight in this time frame when I was about 20, it dropped off. Hoping I can do it now, 15 years later!

Thanks everyone, diet and gym is the way. I started with 30-40mins exercise 4 days a week. 30min weight lifting and 10-15min running. Now I do 40min weight lifting, and 50-60min a day running or bicycling :)
