After losing my wife suddenly, I really managed to spiral downward. terrible eating ,binge drinking, and a general withdraw from life. Well its time to return to my life, "find the stand alone me". I have begun to clean up the eating , stopped passing out and coming to. Yesterday I found the courage to join the local YMCA, despite the terrible self image that I have of myself because of the tremendous weight gain. looking for constructive advice concerning the gym and restructuring my eating habits.Glad to be here and back on track! i think getting myself healthy will be just the ticket that i need to move forward!!
