I am currently at the halfway point of my weight loss journey. I lost 26lbs in 6 months by eating an average of 2,000 calories a day. Walking is my only form of exercise at the moment but I will be adding weight training and aerobics to my routine.

That's great that you could still eat at 2,000 calories a day and just walk and lose that. Did you do clean eating or ate what you wanted and maintained at 2000? How long did you walk for (time) and how many times a week?3 -

Not all of my eating is clean. I have my moments just like everyone else does and will eat fattening foods... its all about moderation and staying at or going under the 2,000 calorie count. I walk for at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. I do tend to walk more than 30 minutes a day but I keep the 30 minutes as my goal for my busy or down days. I make myself walk even if I don't feel like it. Its all about staying active while watching what you eat.8 -
