MFP is a great site, it really worked for me, my problem was I quit dieting and following the app, And Walla!!!! Yup, I gained over half of what I lost back, So, I'm back to MFP, to get the weight off and to keep it off this time... I'm ready for some great friends that are supportive, and YES, We Can Do This Friends!!!!1

I lost 75 lbs on this app. That was 4 years ago. I'm now looking to back on it and get my tracking and motivation on again. I keep a smaller friends list but keep only active people. I do this cause it motivates me seeing people be motivated on here. I encourage those people too. I'm looking to lose 25 lbs. I think. My scale is broke right now, so I'm guessing.0

Down 58lbs since joining MFP in February. I'm down 100lbs in total. I still have about 20-25lbs to go. I'm finding this part the most difficult. Though, I'm sure maintenance will be difficult too.. Feel free to add me!!2
