Exercise Question

Ok so tomorrow I will be going to the mall, we will probably be there 3 or 4 hours, i fell that I will be walking at a 2.0 pace. My question is I usually don't walk this much so I want to log it as exercise....what should i do, it won't be continuous walking I know that I will stop to try stuff on. How should I log it?

You might find shopping under the many options available. I found "Food Shopping" under "Home Activities", otherwise there's heaps of different options under "Walking"
Heart rate monitors probably best option as well.0 -
