I am 3 months post op and so happy to share that I am 41 Lbs

    Hi, I had my vsg on 2/16/16, I'm down about 56 but have only lost about 3lbs this past month. I thought the first 6months was the honeymoon, I think mine has been cut a little short... I need to find the motivation to hit the gym!!

    I'm going through the approval process now for VSG! I'm excited yet nervous... tell me, how long did you wait to go back to work??

    I went back about 7 days after..it was a really rough few days(just really tired) but I think going back helped me to get up and back on my feet after laying around and resting so much. I have a job where I sit half of the time, so that helped. Good luck on your surgery!
