Losing appetite

Is it weird that the more I exercise, the less appetite I have? I thought the more calories I lose working out, the more food my body would crave, but the opposite is happening. Anyone has the same problem?

When i do cardio i dont have an increase in appetite but when i lift heavy, it goes through the roof. I have also seen increases in appetite when i eat more frequent with less volume..
If this reduction affects your goal to gain, modify your foods to incorporate more calorie dense items.0 -
Any time I work out, I don't really want to eat at all. I just get extremely thirsty.0
