Why is it that my calorie and nutritional numbers keep changing without my input. Every so often I have to go in to "goals" and readjust my numbers. Whaaat?

As your weight goes down it should prompt you to lower your caloric intake to stay on track with your current weight loss regiment.

Lower BMI = Lower required Calories

I'm referring to the Daily Nutrition Goals, i.e,, % of daily intake of carbs, fat and protein as well as the Micro Nutrients, i.e, sodium, fiber and sugar. Once I edit the numbers I believe the they should not change (back to default) unless I change them and yet they do.

when you exercise and add it MPF will adjust your (overall) caloric goals automatically for that day. I had this same question a few weeks back
