changing activity levels

I work as a housekeeper and in childcare, and walk or bike to all my jobs depending on weather. My hours can be flexible, but generally I'm doing 3-5 hour solid blocks of heavy cleaning 3-4 times per week, and how active I am with the kids often depends on the weather outside, so I figured my calorie goals based on light activity levels. (I also picked this because on my off days, I tend to be a "watch movies and read" kind of person and thought it'd balance out). I have recently taken on another job that is going to 2-3 hours of cleaning, plus half hour of walking, to my day, and it's going to be seven days a week for the foreseeable future. With the addition of the extra 14-21 hours of activity a day (early morning, when I would otherwise be still sleeping), I'm wondering if I should refigure my calorie goals for a higher activity level at this point.
Any advice is appreciated!

Unless you see your weight loss increasing to an unreasonable amount I'd leave it alone. Our bodies tend to become accustomed to things we do every day and don't require a lot of energy to do them.0

if you start to feel run down and tired 24/7. Add 100 calories or so to your diet, keep that for a few weeks see if it helps, if not add another 100, untill you start to feel better and your weightloss is still going.0

You sound pretty active to me! I'm wondering if you're logging in all your walks and biking as exercise? Some would consider housework exercise as well. Rather than change your activity level (to accommodate your want to veg once in a while) - add calories via logging your exercise.0

14 - 21 a week, right? Not per day...
If you have MapMyFitness or a Fitbit, you can measure that way and track accordingly.0 -

1. This post is four years old
2. Housework is included in your activity level0 -
IMHO, lightly active is not correct for you. even if you don't do anything on your off days (which don't seem to be many), you are still VERY active on the days you work. i would up the activity level.0
