            July 6: 10,437 steps | 3.87 miles - I think I'm going to start taking evening walks. We've been getting up early to walk before the sun comes up, but lately I've noticed that it is really nice outside around 7. Soft light, not too hot, gentle breeze. And I always think the house feels a little dark and claustrophobic that time of day anyway, so getting outside feels good.

            Oooh. This is a great way to see how many steps you take a month. I use Pacer on my phone and it only seems to record seven days worth of steps. My recorded steps only go back to the 2nd, so I'll start from there.

 Really? I've not had any problems like that with it. That's so annoying, but at least it's free! I'd like to get something more accurate like a FitBit, but I can't really afford it at the minute!0
