    Day 1 - Played with my friends kids all day. Lots of running to chase and catch and tickle, lots of lifting and belly blowing. :)

    I have felt pretty good today! Amazed, I went out and picked apples. I need to do the stairs, however. Think I will set the number of times up and down to 10. Now, let's see if I can do it. . . . Did it! Yes!
