    Successes/struggles this week: 4th of July weekend was not good for me. I ate bad and still ate bad yesterday too. I'm back on track today so hoping all the damage I did last month wasn't ruined in a few days. I didn't even weigh in this morning because I didn't want to know. I know it was bad.

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been eating terrible for the past month and my gym trips have been becoming less frequent. Somehow I have managed to maintain at 187.6. Trying to get back on track on counting calories and being more active.

    School holidays this week in Australia and I have found little time to squeeze in purposeful exercise, however feel like I am more active keeping up with my Son. I thought I would struggle with a few family gatherings as they are always centred around food but I was pleasantly surprised that my calories consumed were reasonable :)

    I really need to make better food choices. And increase my gym time to 5x a week or more out door activies. But I did finally break the stall I was have for awhile. It wasn't much but in my book every little bit counts.
