I've been thinking of increasing my calories. It's the realization that, had I just eaten a little more (but been consistent) I could have been at goal by now.

@IdLikeToLoseItLoseIt I have been critized on here for suggesting that to another user. If you are working out a lot and only eating a few calories, to me it seems like your body will have to work twice as hard since it doesn't have much fuel to work with. Thats just my opinion though.
