Hi I'm just wondering if anyone can help me understand this, am I eating completely wrong? Would really appreciate some advice

    Yeah that's what I thought but Iv eaten a properly and logged everything don't see how I haven't eaten enough. Thanks for the help :)

    Need to eat a lot more. Can keep it healthy but your body needs more than that regardless if you workout or not
