New here ... cant lose weight

    losing weight - muscle mass + body fat is fairly easy. Cut calories, if that doesnt work cut carbs, you have to experiment with your own body. 3500 calories = 1 lb. but me for example, by simply taking on a low carb, high protein diet I will see a difference on the scale.

    (all statements/opinions are 100% my own from personal experience)
