If I'm going to pay for coffee I'm getting the full sugar higher calorie drink and not a light version.

Hmm that's tough..but I have to have a sausage patty in the morning for my breakfast bagel...so, if they sell out of the kind I usually get (only 90 cals) then I'll buy their other version which is almost double the calories.

Butter and full fat dressings.....the others are so bad they should come with a bad taste warning.

Bacon. I don't do sad strips of turkey.

So much this. When someone serves turkey bacon I look at them like they have 3 heads and one of them is cross eyed.

For real, and don't get me started on that vegan fake-on.

I totally agree with the bacon! Also cheese, ranch dressing and peanut butter (grew up on Jif, just can't eat anything else).

Yogurt. It's got to be full fat plain yogurt. Non fat yogurt doesn't fill me up and the taste is meh.

Oh and call me Oprah cause bread. Light bread is the devil. I just can't.

Hmm nothing really. Instead of white pasta, whole milk, bagels, peanut butter, bacon, and ice cream I eat whole wheat pasta, almond milk, bagel thins, PB2, turkey bacon and frozen yogurt. I'm on around 1200 cal a day so I can't usually fit the other stuff in without being hungry so my substitutions work well for me
