I have used this app several times and had success, but I somehow always let my busy life take priority and not my exercise unfortunately. Just looking for some motivation to keep me on track!

Hey. Great to meet you. I'm 44, and I have just over 40kg (nearly 90lb) to lose. Lots of support and motivation needed, so why don't we do that together. Feel free to send me a friend request.
