Roasted Brussels sprouts with a touch of olive oil. They're like cute little cabbages.

Most recently I've discovered homemade kefir, blended with a bit of fruit. Really good for gut health, and so yummy. (I haven't tried store bought but I hear it is nowhere as good.)0

Almond butter, sweet potatoes, quinoa and chick peas :-)0
