I'm 5'7 and currently at 170 lbs.. size 10. When I was at 155 lbs I was size 8 and at 135 I was size 4-6 (that was 10 years ago). I have pretty big hips unfortunately Right now my waist is 30 inches while my hips are 42 inches. So I'm 34-30-42. Not easy to shop for dresses unless A line.
For comparison - a friend of mine is 5'3 and 165 lbs.. she has super skinny legs and arms and very narrow hips. She can fit into size 4 pants as long as they sit very low on her hips. She carries all of her extra weight in her torso.. big, big stomach. So she is size 4 in low waist jeans and L/Xl in women's Tshirts.1 -

I'm 5'6, 125-130 pounds, and am a size 0. My weight fluctuates a lot because I eat several pickles a day (I have a salty tooth as opposed to sweet). However, lots of weight training and high protein has kept my body composition good.0

5'11, maintaining vanity goal weight of 145ish. I'm a pear - small on top, tiny waist and carry weight in my thighs. I'll never have skinny legs, and will always prefer my pants to have stretch vs. fitted non-stretch. Sizing varies:
- Small tops, size 8 blazers (shoulders are broad)
- Medium / 6 dresses with stretch
- size 6 lululemon
- size 28 in stretchy jeans
- size 6 in non-stretch boyfriend / wide leg cut pants or jeans
- size 8 in most dress pants, sometimes requiring tailoring to bring in the waist
- size 11 / 41 shoes
