Lost weight during Ramadan

Lost 1stone 10lb during Ramadan. I currently weigh 16st 2.4lb I am determined to carry on and lose the rest of the weight to get to my target weight of 10st bring it on

It's the 1st year of fasting that I've actually managed to lose usually I gain due to over eating so this year was a good year0

Yes i don't know how but I did I am so happy finally got into some jeans and trousers that I bought but were to tight2

How did you guys lose? I gained maybe cos carbs at iftar fill me in so next year inshallah i lose1

Not eating anything before fujr just drinking water then eating filling meals at iftaar I made things like chorba (soup) and marqlouba (rice with aubigines and tomatoes with chicken, not eating a lot of fatty foods i am married to a Algerian man so I mainly cooked Algerian food during Ramadan we had fish and bourek like spring rolls and you can add any filling, I found myself feeling full up quickly even on the days I wasn't able to fast witch I still have to make up of course, did you all have a great eid sisters0
