Belly Fat Blues

Been up and down on my calorie counts and excercise; im not paticularly worried about weight loss more about the belly fat/gut...anyone have any tips tricks to share that they learned that i can try???

    There's no real way to target specific areas unfortunately... there's no magic pill, tricks or secrets, put in the hard work and only then can you reap the benefits.

    I've lost 39 lbs. Still have a belly but it is smaller. Hope it is gone when my last 20 goes (didn't have a belly at that weight before). I am doing some ab work to help.

    Reduce your bodyfat. That is the only way to get rid of "belly fat".

    Strength train, Cardio, and calculate calories.

    OP you might not ever get it to go 100% away. But you can work on body composition through strength training and continuing to cut weight. But sorry no spot reducing. You cannot just cut the fat in one area.

    being consistent with training and being strict with your diet is key. Also try crunches. :)
