I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS. My husband and I are trying to have a baby. I need to find gluten free and dairy free recipes with lean protein (other than fish) to aid with weight loss. Also, if anyone has fertility boosting foods I would be greatful!

Go see a dietitican... Never ever heard that dairy and gluten are an issue with PCOS.

Two of my friends couldn't get pregnant and they went for acupuncture and both got pregnant... Not sure if it's right for everyone but it worked for them.

Beans w veggies are gluten and dairy free.
    Eat w salsa and avocado.

not sure if it will help but when trying to have a baby, this is what helped a friend of mine when I told her these tips. boxers are a mans best friend, keeping his area cooler can help boost sperm. dont have sex too often as it depletes sperm count. folic acid is a food that is good to start taking before getting pregnant. not sure if it boosts fertility or not but is essential before, during and after . avoid hot tubs or too hot water when bathing.charting your cycle of course can help also taking your temp throughout the day( research this).
