Howdy
Has anyone ever had the spinach smoothie? It's great, but I have no idea of the caloric damage it can do to a diet. Worse case sceinario, I will just stop drinking them. But with smoothies, it's hard to tell how much of what goes in the blender at a smoothie bar. So any suggestions?

You should be able to ask them for the nutrition information. A smoothie bar at a fitness club should understand why having nutrition information is important to the members.

There is literally no way anyone here can know what's in that smoothie. Your best bet is to ask the people making it. They should completely understand your need to know the nutritional information.

"The spinach smoothie at a fitness club" is nowhere near enough info.

The vendor said, no sugar, bananas, spinach, nuts and coconut milk. Thank you for your input, I think I will stay away from the smoothies. pagedog

That's a list of ingredients, not the nutrition.

I have vegetable/fruit/protein/fat smoothies every morning for breakfast.
