I just look in the mirror. That gets me pretty motivated.1

You mean stop eating and moving? I'll do that when I stop breathing.0

My Scale, My mirror and how good I feel when I get my fitness level up. For some reason I quit running for a month and hate myself for it. I did get up at 4:30 and did a run yesterday and if I can do it again tomorrow I think I will be back on track. My weight I have been doing okay at but my bodyfat went up two percentage points and my belly grew. I guess I am losing muscle and gaining fat. It seems the only way I can maintain is to run 15+ miles a week.0

I'll give you a generic answer. Mine is a very personal goal and I'm not ready to tell anybody about it yet. To keep on going this is a mental game. The process of losing the weight when you look at it is very simple no big deal about it.
When I say it's a mental game I mean if your mentally not prepared to do it you'll never do it. To me you have to find a why. That why has to be totally selfish. It can't be for your significant other and can't be for the kids it has to be all about you. By it being all about you, all your other whys will take care of themselves.
All I'm telling you is I am so amped up about my why, I believe the only person who can stop me from reaching it is God himself. The past 6 1/2 months have been so damn easy I can't believe it. Good luck in finding your why.0 -
How much better I feel already. Even after 47 days and only 17.5 pounds lost, I feel so fit compared to a short while ago.0

I look at the success stories. I creep on members stories until I find someone I can relate to. Reading and seeing results of someone gives me my motivation.0

Gaining back weight I already lost.
I was doing great (50lbs lost, yay!) then I had about 3 weeks where I kept eating over my calorie limit every day. And surprise, I gained! It was only about 4 lbs or so but feeling bloated and overall bigger was enough of a gut punch to get me back on track.0
