How often do you weigh yourself?

When I'm in a groove i weigh myself 3 times a week because I know everything's aligned so I can't help but drop fat. During not so straightforward times I weight myself daily, just to stay accountable and take note of the fluctuations. I look for the weekly low when I'm comparing week.1

Don't you weigh less when covered in goose bumps?1 -
Every day, just for the information. I track it so that I have the ongoing graph but I don't report it on my newsfeed every day. I have disabled that option and only turn it on when I have a good loss.0

I weigh daily. It has taken me a long time to not get stressed over daily fluctuations. If I were still overly concerned about water weight I would only weigh once or twice a week. Happy scale app has helped with my stress over water weight, plus being honest with tracking.
I can look at my diary and see that I had a binge yesterday, but I was over a certain number of calories and that does not equal what's on the scale.0 -
Daily. I weigh first thing when I wake up. I like to see trends since I log my food everyday and I like to see how my weight goes up and down with workouts and the food I eat. Sometimes when I see an increase in my weight in the morning that motivates me to workout more to have a greater calorie deficit for that day.
It works for me but it was a bumpy ride in the beginning when I initially started because I didn't really understand the ups and downs.0 -
Every freaking day.0

Almost every day. It motivates me! I usually only record my weight every few days0

Daily. First thing in the morning after using the bathroom. I like to keep track of my daily fluctuations because sometimes I find it easier to catch and correct things that may not be working for me.0

Daily, naked, after using the bathroom, with the scale in the same spot. I input my weight into the trendweight website and watch my trends over time.0

I try to weigh weekly, same day every week at the same time. If I forget, like I did last week, then every other week. I personally know I can't weigh myself too often because I will become obsessive about it.0

Most days. I dint freak out over fluctuations any more.0

Daily. In the morning. And I log it on Weight Grapher. I do this so I can see the ups and not worry.0

Trying to weigh once a week as opposed to everyday, although it ends up being more like everyday. Which just adds to my anxiety0

I weigh every morning. It's a habit by now.

I weigh myself daily and record it into MFP to see the trends. BUT I turn off the option in the newsfeed during the week and only turn it on Fridays so I'm not spamming my friends with daily weigh ins. It works for me because it keeps me motivated to see how food affects my weight daily. If I see it go down, I'm more excited about eating the right foods again the next day. If it goes up I know it's because I didn't make a good choice somewhere and I review my diary to see what I could have done differently. It's how I'm battling one pound at a time.0

I weigh myself once per week (typically on Mondays). The only other times I weigh myself are after a heavy food holiday, and on days when I'll be going to the doctor's office, as I weigh myself first thing in the AM before getting changed.
I measure myself monthly (typically the first Monday of the month) - abs, hips, upper arm, thigh, and chest.0 -
Daily. I'm pretty good at just seeing a data point and not freaking out if it fluctuates a bit. I prefer to track it daily and use the trend over weekly weigh ins.1
