I lost 1.4lbs. How u lose 86lbs for what!! I'm trying to lose too but I can't!! What u doing to lose that much weight forruths
I've taken my time. Used Fitbit to encourage me to move more and counted my calorie intake using MFP. I've tried to have more good days than bad, but forgiven myself the odd disaster day!! And I've been determined that this time it is a lifestyle change. Good luck. If I can do it so can you!
