What Should i be Doing?

So ive been on this site for a while now and looking to crank up the exercise. But im not sure what i should be doing... and i certainly cant afford a personal trainer!!! Should i be doing weights OR cardio???? OR BOTH!!!!!

Both.
Cardio without weights can lead to skinny fat bodies. Weights without cardio makes weight loss take a little longer. Both together helps everyone reach their goals.0 -

Doing both is always good and you get the best results from this.
I usually start off with cardio, 10 mins on the Crosstrainer and 10 mins on the running machine. Then move on to the weights/resistance machines. When on the weights, I tend to do more reps on a low weight as I do not want to build muscle. I work on my arms, legs, abs and back and then do 5 mins of bike cardio to finish off the session :-)

This is similar to what my trainer has taught me to do, a quick cardio warmup followed by 30-40 mins of weights and resistance training with some lunges and then 10 mins of intense cardio interval like running, walking and boxing. We then finish off with ab work.0 -
just dance...get zumba fitness or dance central for xbox...its fun and calorie burning!!0
