I used to work similar , we switched every 2 weeks tho0 -
Of course I also work part time at another agency so that puts a kink in a sleeping schedule... so I pretty much just grab a nap when I "stop" lol! A 2 week cycle would be rough!0

Nice!! I am only a 2.2 but going to use the company fitness center today. It is way to hot and muggy. Yesterday was 6 miles.1 -

Sounds like a long day. We have had an impossible week here prepping our execs for the earnings release next Tuesday. Plus writing letters to the audit committe - all kinds of crazy stuff. Weirdest week in a long time. Be glad when it is over. I want to do at least a total of 6 miles today as measured by my fitbit plus an upper body weight training session. Release some of the stress.1
