    I'm 41 and I lost 42 lbs over about 8 months. i exercise quite a lot but it was the food that made the biggest difference!

    Start gently and ease into it. Start with a reasonable calorie limit. It's all about diet. Exercise just makes you healthier in general. Walk every day if you want true exercise. Don't sweat plateaus or a slow start it's natural. I lost four pounds the first four months, after that it was faster.

    Hello Im going on week 7 already lost 15lbs but has not been easy. My weight goal is 140lbs. Stil have long to go. 82 lbs left to work on. But Im not giving up, 3 yrs ago I got down to 165 then got discouraged had no support. Well this time I will remain focused but staying away from unhealthy food is my biggest challenge. Im walking 5 to 7 miles per day but it can all go out the window over one unhealthy meal.
