Legs workout 3 days a week....pls pls pls reply

I m unable to do leg press..leg extension..leg curls...calf raises at the same time..same day...how cn i split it..???

Why can't you do them the same day? Are you following a program or just picking machines at the gym?0

Id imagine doing multiple exercise at one time would be a challenge. Try doing one after the other.
Jokes aside, there is no reason why you can't work the various muscles in your legs on the same day.0 -
I know some Women at my gym will seperate their leg workouts. They may do glutes and hamstrings one training day. Then quads on another, etc. I do it all in one day. I don't have the time to do seperate leg days.0

What do your sets look like and what is the difficulty in completing these movements in one gym session?1 -

I'm confused about what you're asking. Are you working your legs 3 days a week and want to know how to split things up or are you having a hard time doing these particular exercises at the same time. Maybe you need to cut down on how many exercises you do or the reps or # of sets. It's hard to answer your question the way you posted it.0
