HI all

Just to introduce myself...im Reena and want/need to lose 2 stone...i started last week - very gentle excercising at the gym...

so not aching whne i get up the next mornign ...but enough to make me feel tired to get a great nights sleep...

I think a low carb or no carb evenign meal helps alot...because our bodies slow down alot before bedtime...best to load the carbs in the mornign if thats ur thing!!

Lets lose some weight!!!

    I've been trying not to eat carbs late, too - I just make some chicken and a heap of stir fry vegetables and I really enjoy it!

    Yeah I think the no carbs at night is a great idea too.

    just wondering about the mfp thing...it has made a plan of 1200 calories a day for me ...i also am trying to excercise somthing i hate doing!! but make myself...its seems the more calories i burn at gym im able to eat? how does that work?

    anyone got any food plans they are using which are working to lose weight?
