Why are you cutting? Sounds like you should be bulking or recomping. 1000 calorie deficit for your size is too aggressive.

No & no. You're young and primed for muscle growth, use that to your advantage. Also too aggressive of a deficit will likely lead to more muscle loss.0 -

I am around15 percent like I said I was looking to get around 10 to see abs i dropped by so much as my football season starts on August 22 and will be on maintainins kcals then I wanted to lower bfp to be more efficient on the pitch as at the moment my levels in terms of fitness are not a high high level. Can you help? What would you suggest? Thanks0
