How not to gain weight on holiday

I recently went on a weeks sailing holiday.
I changed from beer to vodka (a good 7 litres)
Each morning I offered to walk to the supermarket for provisions (30 mins)
When helming I did lazy squats or lungs (half hearted, but better than nothing)
I didn't eat any sandwiches
Returned home same weight as I went = Hooray, Hoorah. mental attitude 1 belly fat 0
Hope this helps even 1 person.

Go you! Maybe I should switch to vodka instead of beer and wine...1

Good job!
Being on holiday means you have more time to be active.1 -
I'd do an active holiday such as a climbing or tennis one. Probably come back lighter.
One of my friends has taken her kids to the Dolomites. 8 hours of climbing and trekking everyday.2
