Burn Boot Camp

I attend Burn Boot Camp 4-5 days a week for 45 minutes each. We do intense cardio and strength training but I don't know how to mark that in the exercise part of MFP because we do several different things in those 45 minutes. I want to be able to keep track of my calories burned but don't own a Fitbit or anything like that. Any suggestions???? Thanks!
