Hey guys! I used MFP 4-5 years ago and had great success. Unfortunately, once I got to a place where I was doing well, I stopped using the site and continued my diet/exercise regime on my own. That worked out fine for quite some time, but eventually I got into a new relationship and fell off the wagon and dove head first back into a sea of bad habits (which included getting far too many bread bowls with sides of bread and chocolate croissants for dessert from Panera). Now I'm 25 pounds heavier than I was when I started my journey before. My goal is to lose about 100 pounds.
I'd love to connect with some other people, especially women in my age range with similar weight loss goals, on MFP who are looking for accountability partners (although I won't discriminate if you only need to lose 15 pounds or are older or younger than me). I'd love to hear all of your stories and see your success and share tips and tricks and good recipes etc! Hope to hear from you!

Hey. I've been struggling with my weight for years but after having my son I put so much weight on! I have about 100 pounds to lose and I'm only 23! I can only normally last about 2 weeks healthy eating as I'm a sucker for takeaways!
Anyways I'm starting today and determined to get this weight off for many reasons! Here if you want to chat2 -

Hey there! 25 years old here. I have lost almost 130lbs already and still need to lose another100lbs! Could definitely use new friends for motivation!1

I'm 35 years old, and at 190. I've always been... let's say big, big but and thick thighs. At 18 I was at my thinnest, at 155, but that was after a year of really strict diet.
From then on, I gained about three lbs a year, and it's been 17 years.
I started keto six months ago, at 220lbs, and have lost 30 already.
I'm a chef, so if any of you girls want some cooking advice, or recipes, ask me and I'll be glad to help.
(and you can also help me practice my English)

Let's motivate each other in have a hard time sticking to my calorie range exercise is fun for me though (well sometimes). I added you btw.1

Hi! I was 346lbs, got down to 242lbs and sadly gained again and sitting at 290lbs. I would like to get to 146lbs for an even 200lbs gone..... eventually!
When I got to 242lb around 2 years ago I wasnt very prepared for the mental impact of weight loss, I found it overwhelming. I think this is a big factor in why I regained a lot of it. BUT - I am back on it now, doing keto and feeling good!

Hello, ladies. I currently have a hundred forty pounds to lose. I've used my fitness pal on and off for the past several years. I've had success, but then I lose motivation. Would love to have accountability partners. I do the best I can, and I do use nutritional shakes to help me keep on track since I have a lot of weight to lose and sometimes get too obsessed and anxious about creating a meal plan, which I have little time to do now that I have a 17 month old daughter. I actually plan to switch to a vegan shake once I finish the current shapes that I have. Feel free to add me provided your won't lecture me about the shakes.0

Hi guys i have a 160 lbs pounds to lose, and i went vegan, because i wanna lose the weight and get healthy too.0

Hello girls! I have about 186 pounds to lose to reach my goal weight of 160, so I am right there with ya! I started using MFP back in 2012 and never really dug in and committed, however at this point I am heavier than I have ever been and I won't be around long to be able to see my brothers and sister grow up So, I would love the accountability! Motivation, accountability, is so important to me. I can't always tell myself no to that "one bite won't hurt, or one more extra piece won't kill me" Feel free to add me, any and all of you!0

Hey everyone! I've been back for a week or so and would love to have accountability friends on here. I lost 90 lbs in about two years from 2012 to 2014 but sense I have gained about 35ish back. So I now have a little over 100 to lose. Add me if you'd like!0

I used mfp a few years ago and did well, plus i was learning to run with c25k....i loved it and lost about 40# but i hurt my foot and it got really hot so i started to slid but i have kept 15# off but the rest has found me....but i am back and determined to lose it for good this time. I am 37 and have pcos but luckily i do have my 2 boys but they each gave me 20# with each pg...plus 20# with marriage and college. Those 20# add up quickly.
My re-sw: 265.6 cw: 264 i dont have a goal weight...240 is were i normally get stuck but 220 is the lowest i have been since 2002.
I would love new friends on here and fitbit. My fitbit email is chrissy.armstrong@comcast.net0 -
