I take metformin for insulin resistance cause by the pcos but I had stopped after loosing 75 lbs a couple years ago and I've gained 40+ lbs back. It's so hard to be so motivated but I am doing my best everyday. Today marks 1 week on my low carb low sugar and low sodium diet. I'm open to hear any good recipes or tips to help with weight loss and exercise. Have a good day everyone

Good luck in your journey! I also have PCOS. In case you were interested, there's a great & supportive PCOS group on MFP. We'd love to have you join us! http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/3070-p-c-o-sis
I lost nearly 60 pounds this past year on a Low Carb High Fat Moderate Protein diet for my PCOS (as prescribed by my doctor). My carbs are currently a bit higher now as I'm expecting a little one in October, but am excited to get back on plan once she's here.
Good luck! You've got this!0
