Hi!!!

I am what some may call a quitter, I start a diet and then less than a week into it I quit. But lately I have been experiencing a lot of health issues due to being overweight and for the past 1 week + I have been tracking what I eat and working out and lost 2.4 lbs!! yay me..that makes me happy because I am closer to my first mini goal of 10lbs. I need all the motivation I can get please request me and we can support each other.
