I love nonfat plain greek yogurt mixed in with black pepper, dill, and garlic powder. No fat, low carbs, a little protein, low sodium, and low cal. By the way, also delicious!2

Is Greek Yogurt clean? Not that I really care, but it is a processed food...2

I like hummus or pico. I find that yogurt, light sour cream and even cottage cheese makes a great base for dips. I like to add just a little light mayo when I use yogurt. Like 2 Tbsp to a cup of yogurt is a good mix. Here are some dips that I enjoyed. I have made them with full fat and light ingredients and they are great. I have even subbed yogurt still good.

Guacamole salsa! It's one of my favorites, though there isn't any greek yogurt involved. The only thing I do differently than the recipe is add a small serrano pepper to add more spice.1 -
